A Student Soiree and Open Mic Night for lovers of Burlesque, Bellydance, Cabaret and Variety!!
The Student Soiree is a fabulous, fun night for students to let their hair down, chat with their friends and classmates, dance to some sweet tunes and have the chance to get up on the stage and perform!

Are you learning a weird and wonderful performance skill? Do you love to belly dance, or do burlesque, or pole dance, or juggle, or sing dirty songs? Come on down and try your hand in front of our audience!
​
It's an amazing friendly open space for anyone to strut their sexy stuff onstage. The audience is so overwhlemingly supportive, and it's the perfect place to try your first performance, or to try something new!

It's also perfect for any curious people thinking of attending a burlesque class and any performers who would like a little local practice or would like to try out something new. Bring along your friends to support you as you perform!

We are at the Portland Arms in their fabulous theatre space: there is some parking nearby, do check the website for parking deets.  They do food and drink.

Tickets cost £7.50 for all attendees. 18+ only.

Perform!

It's Open Mic Night and EVERYONE is invited to perform! Perhaps it's your first ever performance, or your hundredth and you want to try something new.

Wether it be burlesque, belly dance, juggling, cabaret... all kinds of variety entertainment welcome on our open stage. Please do just get in touch to book your open stage slot.

It's a super friendly student night, so don't be afraid: we are all supporting you :D
